Heavy-duty 24mm titanium bracelet for tool watches. A solid titanium bracelet for any watch with 24mm lugs: brushed TA1 titanium (99.5%+), three-link construction, quick-release spring bars and a hidden folding clasp. It is the same bracelet we build for flagship smartwatches, minus the model-specific connector — two standard 24mm spring bars, and it drops straight into any 24mm lug.
Why 24mm matters
24mm is cushion-case territory: Panerai Luminor, Breitling Avenger, full-metal G-Shock. Steel bracelets at this width run 130 g and up; titanium keeps it near 76 g, which is the difference between wearing the watch and the watch wearing you.
Watches that use 24mm lugs
- Panerai Luminor 44mm / 42mm
- Panerai Submersible 42 / 44mm
- Breitling Avenger / Superocean 44
- Casio G-Shock full-metal models with 24mm lugs
- Seiko Prospex large-case divers
- COROS APEX 4 (46mm)
- COROS NOMAD
Measure the distance between the lugs on your watch before ordering: it is the only number that matters, and it is not the same as the case diameter.
Key Features
- TA1 pure titanium (99.5%+) — the grade used across the LDFAS range: corrosion-proof, hypoallergenic, and roughly 40% lighter than stainless steel.
- Standard quick-release spring bars — swap the band on and off without a tool, and use any 24mm band you like later.
- Three-link bracelet — brushed titanium silver with polished bevels; the classic sports-bracelet proportion that reads as an original, not an add-on.
- Hidden folding clasp — the butterfly clasp closes flush into the bracelet, so the underside stays flat on the wrist and does not catch on sleeves.
- Removable links — size it yourself with the included pin tool; extra links are available from us if you need more length.
- Not a QuickFit band — this is standard quick release. See the compatibility note below.

Quick release is not QuickFit — they do not interchange
Garmin QuickFit is a proprietary system. The QF lug is wider and slotted, with a latch moulded into the case; a standard quick-release spring bar does not seat in it and the band will not lock. A matching number does not mean a matching fit: a 22mm quick-release band is not a QuickFit 22mm band, and a 26mm band is not a QuickFit 26mm band.
This bracelet uses standard quick-release spring bars (the little levers on the back). It fits watches that take a conventional spring bar in the lug — mechanical watches and most smartwatches. If you are buying for a Garmin Fenix, Epix, Enduro, Instinct or Descent, shop the dedicated LDFAS QuickFit range instead: Garmin QuickFit bands.
Fitting notes
- Straight ends, not curved. On a case with curved lugs there will be a small gap at the end link. That is normal for any straight-end bracelet and does not affect security.
- Drilled lugs make it easier. If your watch has drilled lug holes, use them with the quick-release bars for a faster fit.
- Finish matching. Brushed titanium is deliberately softer than polished steel; on a polished case it will read as a slightly different texture, which is the honest look of titanium rather than a colour mismatch.
FAQ
Q: Will this fit my Garmin Fenix / Epix / Enduro?
A: No. Those use Garmin QuickFit, which is a different mount. Please use our QuickFit range.
Q: How do I know my lug width?
A: Measure the inside distance between the two lugs where the band meets the case, in millimetres. If it reads 21.5, you
need the 22mm band — always round up, never down.
Q: Can I adjust the length?
A: Yes. Links are held by friction pins; push them out with the included tool, remove a link, and reinsert. Most people
remove two or three links for a 170mm wrist.
Q: What if it does not fit?
A: We offer a 30-day return and exchange window. Send us a photo of the fitting and we will sort out sizing or a refund.

The LDFAS material standard
Solid pure titanium. Nothing less.
Pure titanium, nothing less
The same family of titanium used in medical implants and premium cookware. Nickel-free, hypoallergenic, 45% lighter than steel — kind to sensitive skin, all day.
DLC when you want armor
Our DLC (diamond-like carbon) coating is roughly 6× harder than bare titanium. Black, or colorless DLC that keeps the silver look. Highly scratch-resistant — on Pro & Signature models.
Scratches you can repair
Prefer the natural silver finish? Minor marks can be polished out at home with our scratch repair tool — uncoated finishes only, never sand a DLC band.
Hardness scale (Vickers, surface): bare titanium 160 · Grade 5 alloy 350 · LDFAS DLC 1000. Pure titanium over alloy: purer, more skin-friendly, easier to form.
